"Sock Puppet" is an unreleased song by Jazmin Bean. It was intended to be on their debut studio album, Traumatic Livelihood, however, it was later scrapped.
Background[]
Bean posted most likely the bridge of the song through their Twitter on November 26, 2022[1], which was later confirmed to be the song by an insider.[2]
The song was again mentioned by Bean on the interview with NME, in which they stated "I wrote a song called ‘Sock Puppet’ that never made it onto the album".[3]
Theme[]
Bean stated in the interview about the bridge:
"There was a bridge in that song that very much alluded to the fact that this person [Bean's abuser] was already in jail, but they never ended up going." | ||
