“Puppy Pound” is a standalone single by Jazmin Bean, released on March 25, 2022. It was intended to be on the first iteration of Traumatic Livelihood.
First teased in 2020, the song received promotion through social media posts, specifically on Instagram and TikTok. The song was released alongside a music video.

Bean posted snippets of the song, including it's demos and just it's lyrics, from 2020 to 2021.[1]
On February 21, 2022, Bean posted a will on Instagram. A fan commented on the post, asking if a new single was coming in March of that year, and Bean responded confirming that a single would be release in that time.
On March 12, 2022 Bean posted a teaser video. The later said that "The song is gonna be out on March 25 🐾". On March 18, 2022 Bean posted a snippet of the music video for the song, revealing also, a new snippet of the song. On March 25, 2022 they premiered the music video on YouTube.
In promotion of the song, Bean hosted a giveaway via their TikTok, where fans would dress up their dogs for a video on the app for a prize.
