Bean posted a snippet of the song's demo on an unknown date through social media. The song was confirmed to be the final track on both the editions of Worldwide Torture when their track lists were posted through Bean's social media.

Bean has explained via Instagram that this song is about mental illness. They discussed their journey with mental health has been long and hard, and that they know mental health will always be something they will have to live with. The song was a thank you to the people Bean holds close, and are there for them when they need them most.
