Island Records is a British-Jamaican record label owned by Universal Music Group. It was founded in 1959 by Chris Blackwell, Graeme Goodall, and Leslie Kong in Jamaica, and was eventually sold to PolyGram in 1989. They, along with Interscope Records, Aswang Birthday Cake, and Universal Music Group, are Jazmin Bean's current record labels. Jazmin's first release with this label, Aswang Birthday Cake, Interscope, and UMG was the song Yandere. The four labels will also be releasing the re-up version of Jazmin's debut EP, Worldwide Torture: The Re-Up.
