Theme[]
The song, as explained by Bean, is about their interactions with their fans specifically during when they were struggling with their ketamine addiction, talking about how they feel like their fans feel let down from the interactions as they expected more. The lyrics talk about their fans idolization of meeting them and how they feel disappointed when they meet them. The line "Are you upset I cannot fly; Yet you're the one that trimmed at my wings at night", could symbolize how some fans despite expecting Bean to be perfect they have said and done rude things to them.
During the interview on The Allison Hagendorf Show, they stated that they removed some of the lyrics originally in the song as they thought they spoke to much on topics they wanted to keep private.
